Trick or Treat Time...in the snow.....

You lookin' at me? Lauren definitely has "that look" when she's not happy. Yes.....that is the infamous Angry Turtle outfit that Andrea had tried stuffing Kate's cheeks in last year, and for whatever reason, that costume brings out the anger in any child it goes on. Eventually, she warmed to it, as it's sliding resistance on the hardwood was low, so she could really motor!

This year, Kate was going as a chicken, and she was VERY JACKED about this costume. Thankfully, it had a fair bit of room underneath for her snow suit, toque, mitts, and boots! We got hit hard this am with snow that didn't stop all day, so she had to be fairly bundled up to head out for her candies. Here is a shot of kids all dressed up......but Daniel was not too happy about his spider outfit. Di managed to get him in, but there was no way he was allowing the hood on. So, Andrea came in from behind and got it up for a couple very quick pictures. Here are the girls just before they headed out. As you may notice, the snow has arrived. In the last post, showing our decorations, you may see the green grass. Amazing what two days will do!! I was close to firing up the snow blower for it's Maiden Voyage, but opted out and just shovelled.
